Visas
B1/B2 Visa
Details:
Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a non-immigrant visa for a temporary stay, or a migrant visa for permanent residence. Visit visas are non-immigrant visas for people who wish to enter the United States temporarily for business (B-1 Visa), tourism, pleasure and visit (B-2 Visa), or a combination of the two (B-1/B-2).
Activities I can do with my B1/B2 visa:
  • Tourism, holidays (Holidays)
  • Visit from friends or family
  • Medical Treatments
  • Participation in social events
  • Participation in musical, sporting and other public events in the Amateur category
  • Enrollment in short courses of study, that do not give a diploma or degree (Example: English, Cooking, etc.)
  • Consultations with business partners
  • Participation in conferences or meetings for work
